Description

  • Type: Tiered Cascade
  • Height: 20 Feet
  • Stream: Firehole River
  • Fun Facts: The head of the Cascade is clearly visible from the Grand Loop Road from several parking areas by the Firehole River. You can't see the cascades from there. Sometimes, it is hard to believe the tranquility of the river turns into this fast movement of water.
  • Location: The Cascades of the Firehole are best viewed from the south end of Firehole Canyon Drive, about 2.3 miles south of Madison Junction.
